This policy explains how we handle your data when you browse our site, fill out forms, book an appointment, or contact us.

2) What data do we process

  • Identification and contact:name, email, phone/WhatsApp, commune/city, language.

  • Appointment booking:mode (online/in-person), preferred days/times.

  • Reason for consultation:information you choose to share with us in forms or during the consultation.

  • Payments and billing:payment method, amount, and receipts (we do not store card numbers; that is managed by the payment provider).

  • Technical data:necessary cookies, approximate IP, browser/device, and pages visited (see “Cookies”).

3) How we use your data (purposes and bases)

  • Schedule and provide integrative care(Integrative Session).Basis: execution of contract/pre-contractual measures.

  • Respond to inquiries and send reminders/instructions. Basis: execution of contract/legitimate interest.

  • Administrative and payment management(Flow, PayPal, Wise).Basis: execution of contract/legal obligation.

  • Informative communications about your process(no aggressive marketing).Basis: legitimate interest; you can object at any time.

  • Legal compliance and security(fraud prevention, audits).Basis: legal obligation/legitimate interest.

Our therapies arecomplementaryanddo not replacemedical or psychological care.

4) Where we obtain the data

  • Site forms (Odoo Website) andappointment schedule(Odoo Appointments).

  • Messaging (WhatsApp) and email when you write to us.

  • Payment providers (Flow, PayPal, Wise) inform us of the status of your payment.

  • Integration ofGoogle Calendarto coordinate and synchronize schedules.

5) Who we share your data with (processors/third parties)

  • Odoo (Odoo S.A.): site hosting, forms, and schedule.

  • Google (Calendar/Meet/Gmail): coordination/appointment reminders.

  • Payment providers: Flow, PayPal, Wise.

  • Messaging: WhatsApp (Meta).

These third parties act asprocessorsof the data and only process data according to our instructions. There may beinternational transfers; we seek to support them with standard contractual clauses or other compliance mechanisms.

6) Retention periods

  • Contact and reservations:up to5 yearsfrom the last interaction or as required by law.

  • Billing:according to applicable accounting/tax periods.

  • Messaging and emails:up to 2 years or sooner if you request deletion.

  • Cookies:depending on their type and settings (see “Cookies”).

7) Your rights

You can requestaccess, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, and portabilityof your data, andwithdraw consentwhere applicable.

If you are in the EU, you can file a complaint with your supervisory authority. In Chile, according to theLaw 19.628.

8) Minors

We servechildren and adolescentsonly withauthorization from a parent or guardian. If we detect data from minors without authorization, we will delete it.

9) Security

We apply reasonable measures (HTTPS, access control, encryption in transit, and retention policies). No system is 100% infallible; if there is a relevant incident, we will act in accordance with applicable regulations.

10) Cookies

We usenecessary cookiesfor the site to function (Odoo). The cookies foranalyticsormarketing, if enabled, will be usedonly with your consent. You can adjust your preferences in the cookie banner or in your browser.

11) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will always publish the current version indicating the date of the update.
